Please have a look at the pic. I want to fill in the area with the documents related to each reference number and the document should also be downloaded if I click on to it.

    Hi Kokulan,

The functionality which I want can't be achieved  thorough out of the  box. Any other solutions?

If you have not already done so, I would recommend you look into using the out of the box support for Sharepoint and Portal integration for document management
