Hello every one we customized our report and create separate action for print report.
But now we are unable to send our customize report through email attachment.
Please pass correct date value in your formula. Currently your base date don't have any value

Yes, also using customer document profile.
As I understood, there is some error in the report, please fix that and then try again.
Also you can use Document sending profile, Document Layouts

You can set the custom report in Report Selection - Sales as shown below and use standard action which will use custom report.
We customize our report on posted sale invoice.
please provode more details on what report is it like sales order etc.
