Hi All,

We recently upgraded to D365 Unified. adx.annotations.html web resource is not working in dynamics v9 unified interface

This used to work perfectly fine previously(WebClient) but now attachments are not shown on CRM form.

Any help is really appreciated :

Yes, This issue is due to portal solution. Kindly upgrade the D365 CRM portal .To upgrade, please go to Power Platform Admin Center > Select the Environment > Resources > D365 Apps > Portal Solution > Upgrade:
