Filter in Production Journal by Routing Link code (Manufacturing)

We have a lot of lines in our Production Journals on Released Production order (250-300 lines). Routing link codes are used and the flushing method is manual on the Items.

There does not seem to be a way to simply filter by Routing link code to post the consumption required and thus is quite cumbersome to scroll up and down on the journal lines and delete the unwanted lines to simply post each time we want to consume material. Any suggestions to help filter or easily pick out the lines we want to post against?

Secondly, is there any way to bulk upload production line journal entries for posting. We are not keen on using configuration packages in case that is a suggestion.

Hello,

For filtering or easily picking out the lines we want to post against? - Developer creates a custom filtered view for easier navigation.

For bulk uploading production journal lines without using configuration packages, the best options are using Edit in Excel to paste and publish entries back into BC, or developing a custom API or AL extension to handle structured uploads efficiently.

There is no filtering feature in the Production Journal

And I also think this needs a simple customization. For example, add a new action, similar to Set Dimension Filter on General Ledger Entries....

Hello,
To simplify consumption posting by Routing Link Code, you need to consider customization.

For bulk uploading production journal lines, instead of configuration packages, use Excel integration via Edit in Excel on the Production Journal page.

Hi,

Filters are not Available on Production Journal by Default, so you need to go to the Customization for this.
