Converting Email Messages into Leads

Hello,

I currently recieve a number of Leads into my Outlook inbox, is there a way to convert/import these leads into CRM automatically?

I also use the CRM outlook connector if this helps.

Any instructions would be much appreciated.

Yes there is. You can use parserr.com, as part of Microsoft Flow, to extract the exact details you need out of your email. You create a number of rules in Parserr which allow you to extract each of the relevant fields. eg Last name below:

Using Microsoft Flow, you can push these straight into Dynamics CRM!

There is a button "Convert To" in outlook from there you can convert lead . Please refer below reference -

Yes, you can try SolidNexus (www.cortenix.com) which is available as Outlook Add-In and can save extracted leads and contacts to Outlook address book and at the same time sends the contacts to Zapier integration endpoint where it can call a bunch of apps including Microsoft Dynamics.
