How to optimize data for importing a lot of data into MS Dynamics CRM Online

Hello. Our clients use the system to store data about their subscribers. When you import data, we are faced with the problem that the data is much more than storage capacity. The system has 2 main tables: one in about 10 million records in the other 15 million records. How can you optimize your table to hold all the records are not buying addition storage?

    Can't do much for optimization except reduce the number of fields and field sizes, field types.  Migrate only what is essential.  If some of the data is historical, consider archiving it.

    The other option is look for economies in other areas of the system; e.g. make sure system job table is cleaned up, limit auditing and possibly look at tools to off load attachments to SharePoint or Azure blob storage.

    Finally, there is always the option of buying more storage, not always ideal.
