My Notifications stays empty

Hey guys,

today I sent various invoices with a request for checking and / or approval via NAV to my colleagues.

But they did not revceive them...

In the profile there is the place for "My Notifications": it is empty!

Do you know, what the issue could be?

    Hey, for that case I have created an new ticket here: community.dynamics.com/.../set-field-notify-always-to-true

    There I tried another way to solve my issue...

    The problem is that I have never had this problem, which is why I assume my customers have forgotten the hooks every now and then. So I would like to track it somehow so that I can understand whether I am right in my assumption. Only if it turned out that they were right would I create a ticket with the support.

    Hello,

    If you can provide a scenario in standard (CRONUS company), you may want to raise this as an issue to Microsoft support via your CSP.

    So you guess, the setup is not correct?

    The problem is, that the page "my noticfications" stays empty and sometimes not...and  cannot find out the reason for that strange behaviour.

    Hey,

    Normally if you are using basic notes you can define the "to" user and either to notify them or not. If setup correctly they will receive the note in the "my notifications" found on some Role Centres.

    Depending on their notification setup this could have an impact which you can get more info here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/across-how-to-specify-when-and-how-to-receive-notifications

    As for changing the notes "page" this could be possible but since it is of a Blob property you may face some challenges. Bare in mind that the notes function has also changed in Business Central so if you make changes in NAV just be aware that it may not be a simple migration to Business Central.

    Yes, I do and I have activated the single notifications I need, but it is still not working...
