I have several automatically calculated date fields (adding a # of days to an entered date field to get a new calculated date) and I would like to have that calculated date field information posted onto a users calendars.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Hey,

The only thing that will sync to an Outlook Calendar from CRM are Appointment records.  If you can create specific appointment records for the required users based on the calculated date field you can easily do this.  Other then that there is no easy way to get this into the user's Outlook other than writing custom code that deals with both CRM and Exchange Online.

The alternative is to look at CRM Extenstions that will be display the information from CRM on a calendar such as mscrm.guru/.../dynamic-calendar

    Good luck!

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
