Unable to Connect BC-On Prem Web client

Hello Experts,

Recently we have upgraded from NAV 2016 to BC-On Prem. We can connect upgraded BC-On Prem Database from desktop client however couldn't connect thru Web client.

We can't even see newly created server instance for BC On-Prem On IIS server.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    If you cannot see nothing created on IIS, I think that the web client installation is failed for some reasons or you don't have installed the web client components.

    Please try to reinstall the web client components. If you have problems, you can inspect the server's Event log for more details

    We have installed  web server component and its working fine for BC demo (Cronus ) company. However will try to reinstall to check if that works. Thank a lot.

    Hi,

    Make sure you did not receive an error message when you installed the components. During installation process make sure web server is correctly configured to the server.

    We did repair  web server component and restarted server but still its same. We still can't see newly created Upgrade BC instance.  Did we miss anything?

    Try to restore upgraded database on installed demo environment  and check if it is working or not. in case if it working, uninstall all components and reinstall again.
