Vendor Additional Sort View setup

Hello,

For some reason I am having a memory breakdown and didn't seem to keep notes on this one.

In a few of our GP companies, we added two additional Sort options (see below left image).  By Vendor Check name (DBA Name) and Vendor Name (Tax Name).  My new company didn't keep that setup.

Anyone know how i can quickly add these two additional sorts in my new company (image to the right)?

    Hi Nicole

    I think you are looking for the Advanced Lookup setup

    Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Company > Advanced Lookups

    Select the Lookup Name and then the Sort by Field

    You can change the description for the name if you wish

    In your case Lookup Name will be Vendors

     Sort by Field -- Vendor Check Name

    Note that this is setup on a company by company basis
