Sales Order Agent Suggestion

I have been testing sales order agent every time a new version gets released and the one in 27.1 is quite good except it would be a massive help to us if we could train it on some of our product knowledge, similar to the instructions you can give a copilot agent. Because we have a lot of different item types, some could be substituted with others and people often order with abbreviations. I'm sure others would find this handy too.

    Microsoft has made some updates recently that I believe make it possible to extend the Sales Copilot agent further, which might help in your situation. When opening the Agent in Copilot Studio, you can't update or change the Managed components but you can add new knowledge, tools, or other Agents.
     
     
    With this in mind, you could add new knowledge to the Agent around your cross-sell Opportunities or common abbreviations. Agent to Agent interactions can help here as well, where you create a "Product Substitution" agent that can be called from the Sales Agent to provide the information. This keeps it more modular and would give you even greater control over how you set up your own agent to interact with Copilot for Sales.

    Thanks for the response however its the sales order agent in business central I am referring to which doesn't appear in copilot studio.
