How does the agent select the text from an email to search for available items in Business Central? For example, when testing in our Sandbox environment, it picked up some of the part information but not all of it and I included a full description on purpose hoping for better results.
In the future, will there be an option to add custom BC fields to the Item Availability page that our company uses? For example, we have a field called "Full Item No." which lists the manufacturer's full part number to make it easier to search vs. just the assigned Item No. Will we be able to add that to the Item Availability page in the future? I can see our custom field in the Item Table 27 but it doesn't seem be used in search by the agent.
