Hi,i have installed on-premises CRM 2016 and Sql Server Management Studio.When i check  the "SystemForm" table in the DataBase i see 4 primary keys (FormId,ComponentState,OverwriteTime,SolutionId).wich one is really the primary key.

    Not sure what you are trying to do but formid should be the key field
