Hello Friends,
I run a Non-Profit Organisation and recently subscribed to MSD-CRM. With a bit of struggle was able to configure Non-Profit business process on the CRM. After days of struggle with email configurtaion, I noticed mailed started flowing into my mail box when I opened my Outlook; I thought this works ! That was on my home laptop.
At office, when I log into CRM online and try sending an email; it still says not delivered, look for help !
Can anyone help me understand what is happening. Thanks in advance.
Yes, I did configure Outlook for CRM at home laptop.
