Budget in FRX

I'm trying to run an income statement with just budget numbers, but if I run it through March 31, it only picks up 2 months.  My column format is pulling the budget book from GP, fiscal year is base, period code is base and Current Per/YTD is YTD.  Any suggestions on how to get the correct budget numbers in?

Are you saying that the Fiscal year and Period codes are set in the Column layot as base?

If so, when you run the report, what is the default date? is it 'S-1'?...if so change it to S and re-run the report.

Yes, they are both set at base.  I just changed the default date to S, and ran the report through March 31 and it only gave me through February.

You definately have values in your budget for March? You definately are using the correct budget ID in FRx? (sorry, but have to ask!!)

If you run it through April what happens? Do you still only get figures for Jan and Feb?

Are your Financial Years in GP Jan to Dec...and are your Financial Periods strict monthly? - i.e. Is period 1 set to be Jan 01 to Jan 31, is period 2 set to be Feb 01 to Feb 28 etc?

No problem..All the data is loaded correctly in GP, and I have the correct budget ID.  Financial periods are stricly monthly and we're on a calendar fiscal year.  I've tried a few more things, ran just for January, was correct.  Ran for Jan & Feb, only got 1 month.  Run for March, I get February & March.  If I run for April, I only get March and April

Yoiu may need to rebuild the .g32 file and compact the database.

Just did that...no change in results.

The only other thing I can think of is to re-create the column layout.  Sometimes that will do the trick when nothing else works.  Let us know how it goes.

That seems to have done the trick!  Thank you so much for the suggestion.
