ISVs for D365 Vendor Onboarding, Validation & Management (Native or Add-On Integration)

Hi all,

I'm looking for any ISV recommendations that natively integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or can be easily added-on) to support end-to-end vendor onboarding, vendor validation, and vendor management.

Specifically, I'm interested in tools or platforms that support:

  • Vendor Onboarding Portals or Workflows

  • Vendor Validation capabilities such as EIN, VAT, DUNS checks, International Entity Verification, and Banking/Account Validation

  • Ongoing Vendor Management, Compliance Monitoring, and Data Hygiene

I'm especially looking for solutions that work natively within Dynamics 365, or integrate/mapped easily with D365.

Would appreciate any recommendations or experiences you’ve had with specific vendors or implementations. Thanks!

Have you looked at the built-in vendor onboarding in D365 F&O? I don't think you need an ISV solution, other than maybe the ongoing vendor management (However I think this should be doable in the standard application)

Banking/Account validation might be difficult if not impossible, since you need to have a direct connection to the vendor's bank to verify the account. However you can validate the IBAN.

From our experience at Dynamic Netsoft Technologies, most organizations start with the standard vendor onboarding capabilities in Dynamics 365 F&O, which handle basic onboarding workflows and approvals quite well.

ISVs or add-on integrations typically become relevant when there’s a need for external validations (VAT, DUNS, banking, international entity checks) or stronger ongoing vendor compliance and data hygiene. In those scenarios, solutions that integrate cleanly with the D365 vendor master and procurement workflows tend to work best and reduce downstream reconciliation for finance and audit teams.

In practice, a combination of native D365 functionality with selective extensions or integrations often provides the most sustainable approach.
