Apps not showing in Office 365

Hi,

Recently we changed an application's URL (for example: urlnumberone.crm3.dynamics.com) and deleted the past URL then changed it to (urlnumbertwo.crm3.dynamics.com).

Now, when we go into office.com under the Business Apps, it is only showing the CRM applications with the past URL (urlnumberone.crm3.dynamics.com)

I am not sure how to make the CRM applications appear under Business Apps in Office 365.

Does anyone know how?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Matt Soliva,

Did you try to refresh the apps synch in the PowerApps maker portal? https://make.preview.powerapps.com/RefreshApps

Try that and make sure to clear your cache on the machine and let me know if that helps.

    Hi,

Maybe you can post this question in office 365 forum, I think you can get more professional answers:

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Hi Lorne,

I did the refresh and then empty cache hard reload 3 times already but it is still the same.

Matt Soliva, if you don't have any luck there, there is a sort of workaround you can use if you don't want to file a support ticket with MS: you can add custom tiles in the O365Admin>Settings>Org Setiings>Custom app launcher tiles.  Put in the URL of your D365 instance, and image URL for the tile, a name and a description.  Not ideal, but will save filing a ticket and working with support.  Or, at least, give you a temp solution while MS figures it out.

    Hi Lorne,

I just recently checked and everything is in there now!!!

I guess you just need to wait for a few hours or so.

Thank you so much this is a big help!!
