Hi All,
When any steps is added in the workflow am unable to publish it in crm 4.0 . I also have checked in web.config file everything is present as the below url says :

Update Rollup 2 already have installed in the server a years ago. Even I tried with creating new workflow still these too not being publishing.
I am the admin here, is there any security issue ? or is there any different way available to check ?
Am getting error with "An error occurred when the workflow was being created . Try to save the workflow again."
What could be the reason here ? Please suggest !!
