Hi:

When you conduct "Personalize" for a window, does that change take effect only for the end user who conducts the change or for that end user's Role?

Once such a change is made, is it possible to apply that change to other users?

Hi

It is for that user only and will not impact the Role.

Also, you cannot apply one user personalization to other users (I wish this was the case). But you can "customize" Role and then any user on that Role will have same personalization.

See below vide or go to Profile (Role) select on Role then Customize Page and customize pages and save.
