Change Child case to another Parent Case

Hi,

I would like to attach a Child case to a different Parent case. On the forum I was not able to get the right information. Can anyone help me how I'm able to perform this request.

Hi

On your child case, there is a lookup field called Parent Case, if you set the parent case to this lookup, your child case will be linked to the parent case

And when you open the parent case, it will be shown in the list of child cases

Let me know if you need any screenshots on this

Are you doing this manually or in a workflow or using other type of processes?

Hi Dennis ,

If I am not wring , are you talking about multiple parent ?

There should be one parent account for each case , you can simply change the parent case lookup to change the parent.
