Unable to Copy Production Environment into Sandbox Environment

Hi everyone,

I'm facing the "Unexpected Error" below when trying to copy the Production environment into Sandbox environment. This is my first time facing the error. Anyone is facing the issue?

    Hi Vanessa 

    We had this issue about a year ago. Some users (like our partner) could create a sandbox but we could not do that. Our partner opened a ticket with Microsoft and they resolved our issue.

    Hi Venessa 

    You are welcome. For us took Microsoft about 2 weeks. Did you ask your partner to try to create Sandbox (just as a test). Or if you are the partner ask superuser of client to create Sandbox (for test).

    There are a number of possibilities. One that I encountered before was that there was an app that had dependency issue. The error didn't say anything about it, but we managed to figure it out.

    Keep trying to contact Microsoft support. Sometimes I didn't get reply from Microsoft, but when I tried it the next day, the error didn't happen. Not sure if they actually fixed it without telling us or not.
