    Hi Community user,

You can setup multiple approval elements and per approval element multiple approval steps. On each step, you can define an escalation path with an outcome set to approve or reject.

In case you have two approval steps as "chain of command", then it is possible as you can have the escalation enabled on step 1.

In case you are using a managerial hierarchy with a stop condition, then multiple line managers will usually get the approval sequentially. I have not tested if the escalation path is then working and assigned to a next manager. Of course, you can test this yourself.

    Hi
There is currently no such standard feature out of the box, you can define a two-day timeout condition for each approval stage, customize the logic in the workflow, and once the timeout condition is met, no action is taken for two days, and automatically route to the next in the chain of command.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
