Many of my clients have been facing issue while logged in to the Production Server. The following screen has been coming as below. Please let me know if you are facing the same problem.

    Got this info from Microsoft

    Title: Environment inaccessible

    User impact: Users may be unable to access your Business Central environment.

    Current Status: We are continuing to investigate and test configuration changes within the impacted portion of the backend infrastructure responsible for environment access.
