I have an issue. I am creating a COM Component Add-in in RMS. The add-in is an add-item hook. I have the customization guide and i have followed the instructions on how to accomplish this task. I start my Store Operations POS, login and when i try to add an item i get this error: Attempt to process a COM object "MyDLL.MyClass" failed. An unknown error occured. I am very frustrated. Please can anyone assist me solve this issue
