Dears,

I would like to call a web api whenever an agents closes the Unified Service Desk client application.

This service will take some input data parameter that will pass from the USD client's $context(global) and $user(global).

Any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately, you still don't have enough control on USD closing. it's not possible for you to hook up actions on this. If you can explain your requirement, we may be able to figure out an alternate solution.
