Can a new Business Central client with no previous Licensing program on premises (since they were not using business central previously) benefit from the Bridge to Cloud 2 Promotion with 40% discount on Users?
I read that to be able to benefit you first need to have had a BC OnPrem License and then go OnCloud with a huge discount.
Are any checks done by the Microsoft Regional Operations Center, to prove the client actually has had a BC OnPrem history of use/license?
