Can't Bulk Edit in Field Service for certain users

Hi, Anyone knows what should I add in my security role, I have a Work Order Module for my CRM instance I already add Bulk Edit in Busines Management For my User but I don't know why the users still can't bulk edit, the problem is when the user tries to edit the record manually it will get no errors. What do I miss here? Is this bug from my CRM instance because 2 months ago we had a serious bug and need to raise a ticket to Microsoft.

    Yes, we applied field security, Do you have documentation about that? I didn't know bulk edit try to update all of the fields even we don't change the value? Just to make sure  and provide a solid answer for the users

    Did you applied field security?

    I think bulk edit update all fields.

    Hi, I already found what causes this error, Its because It needs permission for update certain field but what makes me wonder, in my bulk edit I'm not trying to update that field, anyone knows why this happen?

    All record that I try to update is an active record. And the field that I try to update is accessible by the user.I wish I could get the detail error from bulk edit operation

    Ok. It means there may be some inactivate records.

    Go for bulk edit in Activate view.

    Yes, I already assigned it to my user, how exactly I can get my Error message  I only get this "An error has occurred. The selected action was not completed for one or more records" I don't know how to get the detail message.

    Have you assigned updated security role to that particular User?

    By the way , what error you are getting while doing bulk edit.

    I already add that, anything else I might be missing. Our Should I raise ticket to Microsoft ?

    Open security role, GoTo--> Business management tab and check Bulk edit privilege in miscellaneous privileges.
