I'm having trouble getting the retail images media set to show up on our point of sale (POS) system after replicating it from our head office (HO). While the card name and data are coming through fine, the media set field just isn't showing up on the POS. I tried the fixes mentioned earlier, but unfortunately, they didn't do the trick for me.
I get the impression that you are talking about a third-party solution, is that correct?
If this is the case, I suggest you talk to the vendor's support.
