Can I attach videos or music files in sales literature?

Is there any way to attach sales videos or music files within sales?

    Hi Tricia,

    Yes - you can upload just about any file type to the sales literature area.  However, in crm 4 this area is not very useful as it takes a nbr of clicks to access the documents and you can't include them in email templates.

    In crm 2011, this has been greatly enhanced and sales literature will be very very useful.
