I Messed up!!

3 questions......

  1. I accidentally created a new counting period e.g. my item was set to be counted in November, on the items card, I then selected calculate counting period and it pushed the next count to Dec how do i reverse this and bring it back to November?

  1. inventory count periods, i have set this up to 12 counts per annum, is it possible to get these dates to follow the accounting period?

  1. is there a reason why its not pulling the item into the physical inventory journal?

    hi

    1) one way to try is to remove the Phy inv counting period and the select it again. See if this help. The other method is to use Configuration Package.

    2) I do not think any out of the box method exist.

    3) Try to select "item not on inventory" and "include item without transaction" then see if it brings the item.
