Monitor Database deadlock

Hello,

For an On-premise BC14 environment, we have set up dead-lock monitoring as described in the following procedure:

docs.microsoft.com/.../monitor-database-deadlocks

I have checked all the prerequisites but still no events are logged in the Windows Event Viewer
-SQL rights for the BC service account: OK
-Extended event session active: OK
          Deadlocks are logged
-Deadlock_report_event_file_view contains data: OK
-Enable Deadlock Monitoring" setting on NSTs: OK

Does anyone have an idea of what is causing the problem?

Thank you in advance

    Hello,

Are you stating that sql monitor shows deadlocks but Windows event log file does not capture it?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Yes, I confirm that SQL Server records each dead-locks events in the deadlock_monitor xevents session.

    Best regards,

    Cyrille

Hi, Sorry I don't remember too clearly, is there a feature below in BC14?
