I would check if there's a Microsoft Flow connector for Bookings, or if there's one in development. If there is, Microsoft Flow or Logic Apps would be my way to go to integrate the two.

If you are comfortable in writting custom code then you cam utilize graph API.

Yes, you can integrate Microsoft Bookings with Dynamics 365 to keep customer service and sales in sync. Here are a few approaches to achieve this integration:

    1. Use Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow): Power Automate is a low-code platform that can be used to create custom workflows and integrations. You can create a flow that automatically syncs data between Microsoft Bookings and Dynamics 365, ensuring that your customer service and sales teams have access to the latest information.

    2. Use the Dynamics 365 Connector for Power Automate: This is a pre-built solution that provides a direct connection between Microsoft Bookings and Dynamics 365. You can use this solution to create a flow that automatically syncs customer data, appointment data, and other relevant information between the two platforms.

    3. Use the Dynamics 365 API: If you have developers with expertise in the Dynamics 365 API, they can build custom integrations between Microsoft Bookings and Dynamics 365. This approach provides the most flexibility and control, but also requires the most technical expertise.

No matter which approach you choose, the key to successfully integrating Microsoft Bookings and Dynamics 365 is to clearly define your goals and requirements, and then choose the solution that best fits your needs.

    I hope this helps!
