We have been using PTO Manager to handle our vacation accrual. We have it set to have a Recurring Waiting Period based on the Anniversary Date. It also has a Variable Total Maximum Hours setup and assigned as well. The problem we are having is that it is not rolling the hours to the Available Vacation Hours in GP. The Payroll Extension SP 4 was to correct this issue and we have installed that recently but it still is not rolling. The Waiting Period Expires date rolls ahead but not the Hours Pending. We are running GP 10. Anyone else having this problem and know a solution?
