Though I change System Status of Work Order in Field Services - Dynamics 365 app and save the record, I think the changes are not reflected it seems. If I change System Status from Open Completed to Closed Posted, in CRM Web it works, but in Field Services App it's not recognizing the event. I tried enabling auditing in CRM and changed the values on Field Services App, all the fields were logged for editing but not System Status Optionset. Does that mean Field Services Agent is not allowed to change Work Order Status?
