I'm trying to login to an MPOS solution and after I select a store, register and device I'm getting an error message:
Getting environment configuration failed.
The request was automatically redirected based on the channel profile configuration to the URL: https://migration_value. The redirected request failed with the error displayed below. Please ensure that the URL configured in the channel configuration is correct and try again.
Sorry, the server has encountered an error. It is either not available or it can't respond at this time. Please try your request again or contact your system administrator.
The Environment has two channel profiles, one Default and one that I'm connecting to. The default channel profile has Retail Server URL, Media Server Base URL and Cloud POS URL set to MIGRATION_VALUE, but the one I'm connecting to only contain the first two without a Media Server Base URL. Could this be the redirect issue? If so where can I find Media Server Base URL?
