Automatically switching already created opportunities from an existing BPF to a new BPF

In my environment, I have many opportunities with out-of-the-box business process flow (Opportunity sales Process).

Now I have new requirements and I've created a new BPF base on new needs. I set the new one to be the default, and when I'm creating a new opportunity the new BPF is reflected, but the old existing opportunities still have the old BPF.

Is there a way to switch processes on existing records, to make bulk change of the BPF of existing records, without doing it manually and without resetting the progress of the old opportunities while transferring to the new BPF?

BR,

Milka

    Mehdi,

    Is there a possibility to get stage and map with the new one?

    and I would like to map

    Old BPF Stage/ New BPF stage

    Qualify -> New Qualify

    Develop -> New Develop

    Propose -> New Propose

    Close - New Close

    I've created new stages in Stage Category as well.

    BR, Milka

    Hello,

    Yes you can !! Each BPF Instance stores the Current Stage in the stageId field;

    I will implement the complete scenario as soon as I can.
