If have 2 ways to create a quality order in receiving process:
1. automatic creation based on item quality group and quality assosiation quality orders are created automatically during receiving process
2. Quality check in Work template for purchase orders.
Both ways are working as expected and creates quality orders.
But I see a difference in these quality orders and a different behavior when closing these orders
These creation prcesses can be indentified by different test groups 100 and 200.
Settings for item sampling and test groups are the same. Only difference is that quality orders of test group 200 are transfered via interface into our Quality sofware.
In case 1 (testgroup 200) D365 has warehouse dimension like license plate and location
In case 2 (testgroup 100) these dimensions are missing
Independent of the status of the quality order we move goods into Quality dept or we move the goods into a warehouse location.
Closing quality orders of testgroup 200 ist no problem.
But we can't validate Q Orders of group 100! We get an error
We have to move the stock back to these dimensions to close the quality order.
Why are the warehouse dimensions not filled upfront automatically when creating the quality order by the warehouse app?
