FRx drilldown viewer timing out on Windows 10.0 64-bit.

I know everyone is tired of hearing about FRx; but, until we can find a satisfactory replacement we are stuck with it.  I have an issue where the Drilldown viewer times out right at 5 minutes on one particular computer that is running Windows 10.0 Enterprise 64 bit.  We are running FRx with service pack 12 on all machines.    FRx is running pretty well on the terminal server, which is Windows 12.0 Enterprise.  We get the "App Crash" error below:

We have uninstalled and reinstalled the drilldown viewer with service packs multiple times.  

I'm really at a loss on where to look at this point as we've never been able to not solve any FRx problems before this one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    This is a somewhat common run time error in Windows 8.1 and 10. This OC30.DLL seems to be used by many other programs for font and color selection among other things and is a MS DLL.

    Would be nice if MS fixed the bug they introduced in recent Windows versions that breaks this DLL.
