When we use a Word template for a Quote, it gives it a default name, SOP Blank Quote Form~(a number).
Is there a way to change the default name? When we email it as a PDF from Word, it attaches the PDF using the default name, and there is no option to rename it as an Outlook attachment. If we could even just change it to Quote, that would help.
I tried renaming the template in the Report Template Maintenance window, but it doesn't change the report's default name when the report is rendered.
Is it possible to do this, or is the default name hard coded? Am I missing something obvious?
