Hello,
Our users have been reporting an issue where the command bar will sometimes not appear on the page. This issues seems to happen randomly and mainly occurs on the associated view for a custom entity relating to a contact. Users must refresh the page in order for the "Add New Record" button to be displayed.
We are currently on Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 version number 6.1.4.145 and we have not made any customizations to the command bar.
Any information on what would be causing this to happen would be greatly appreciated.
