I am trying to use the NAV CRM without implementing SALES CRM 365.
The features that are needed are all included in Outlook 365, however they need to be integrated with NAV
Looking for a detailed description/video of what can be done to integrate NAV CRM with Outlook (Mail and Calendar and To DO) and Sharepoint
Example
- emails from/to contacts recorded in Interactions.
-To Do list for each contact assigned to different responsible
- Priority and deadlines for tasks
