There is a requirement where we need to create a portal and add chat bot in that and we should be able to read the messages customer provides from dynamics 365
How do i achieve that

Power Virtual Agents is a standalone web app as well as a standalone app within Microsoft Teams. The majority of the functionality is shared between the two.
