Chat bot for dynamics 365 and power app portal

Hello Community Experts,

There is a requirement where we need to create a portal and add chat bot in that and we should be able to read the messages customer provides from dynamics 365

How do i achieve that

    Could i please get step by step details like

    Creating power apps portal

    Adding bot to it so that customer can contact our support

    Adding bot to dynamics 365 so that our support team can reply

    This is a new concept to me so I'm not understanding how it works

    Hi Sumaira,

    Power Virtual Agents allows you to build powerful chatbots that can answer questions from customers, other staff, or website or service users. Power Virtual Agents is a standalone web app as well as a standalone app within Microsoft Teams. The majority of the functionality is shared between the two. Soluzione can create a portal and add a chatbot for reading the messages customer provides from dynamics 365. We also do customization for the same.
