
I just installed a new workstation in the backoffice of a grocery store. They don't need any POS stuff installed, just store ops and store admin. I've got this running on several other win7 machines but I can't remember what I did to work around this problem.
I've removed any A/V, turned off the firewall, installing from admin account, and I always get the error
"The wizard was interrupted before store operations could be completely installed"
I'm installing from a local source and I always choose "install as administrator" even though I'm on an admin account. Nothing works.

I have the same question (0)check-list to install rms,; turn off a/v disable it in the advance settings as well, check region settings to make sure it matches the usa settings, disable all desktop and background settings and lastly run all windows updates , restart system and then load rms,the system must be admin account to run.
