Financial Reports - Formulas ending with percent sign require Set Base

Our Finance team continues to encounter the error below. When we create a copy of the report, such as "TRIAL BAL" or "INC STATEMENT," everything works fine. However, this issue occurs for only one user, and she insists she is not modifying the formula. Please see the error and the setup details below

    Does the report row definition have a row designated as 'Set Base for Percent?' Typically you get that error if you don't. You can follow these instructions to set it up:

    Is that the same for the column definition? or only in the row definition as per the screenshot? I would check the column definition as well.

    If it is very difficult to find the problem, it is recommended that you recreate the report.
    Or just ask the developer to debug and see which line the error occurs.
