I'm a new user and don't know GP very well at all.  I'm trying to run the HITB tool and have reached Step 5 "Create GL transactions and HITB records".  When I hit the Create Batch button, it tells me "There are still accounts with non-zero balances, please clear these accounts before continuing".  Can someone point me in the right direction to find and clear these accounts up?

We are using GP 2010.

    Brad,

    I think the accounts the system is talking about are any of the accounts you have assigned to the item. I thought that the HITB reset tool cleared those accounts as part of the process; it looks like I'm wrong about that.

    Not much help, but I haven't had the time to test it. I expected more answers by now. It's the weekend, so more should be on the way.

    Brad,

    How long has the company been on GP? If you started using gp after they wrote the HITB then you do not have to use the Reset Tool.
