How To Create URL For Contact

In My system i am a filed named Customer Id and i want to use it and create url i dont want to user GUID for Contact I have done like this http(s)://<crmUrl>/main.aspx?etc=<etc>&id=<id>&pagetype=entityrecord

But I want like this http(s)://<crmUrl>/main.aspx?etc=<etc>&CustomerId=<id>&pagetype=entityrecord

    Hi Rahul,

    http(s)://<crmUrl>/main.aspx?etc=<etc>&id=<id>&pagetype=entityrecord

    is CRM standard URL and CRM uses this to open particular record based on GUID.

    If cannot replace CRM guid with custom id and open CRM record, but you can pass your customerid also with the url.

    Actually we have legacy system we have to give some URL so those user can open the contact and so the common entity we share is customer id

    For that i was looking this but if it is not then i will look in to that.
