Does Removing Server Side Sync of Contacts, Appointments and Tasks remove these from Outlook?

Does removing server side sync of contacts, appointments and tasks remove these records from Outlook? For example, do contacts and task records imported into my Outlook from CRM get removed in Outlook?

Are you referring to the fact that you would no longer use Server Side Sync for Contacts by "...removing server side sync …" ? This would have no impact on the already existing items in Outlook fetched from CRM server previously, they are in Exchange store now.

No impact to what already was synchronized. Only to future items that will NOT be synched.
