Our sales team wants to reach out to leads every three months.  I am trying to write a query in the Advanced Find that results in all leads that have had no completed Activities since a certain date.  Please help!

    Hi Tom,

You can run the out-of-the-box Neglected Leads report.  You can also do your own queries.  See this previous post.

    Thanks Gretchen.

We went the plugin route and created a "Last Activity Date" field on the Lead.  Having moved from SalesForce to CRM, the Sales team built their processes around that field.  It seems a natural datapoint... I wonder why MS didn't do something similar.
