Hi Everyone,

VAT Amount not displaying exporting invoice, Quote, Order to word document template.

I design a world template for printing the document above. After i exported to the world document, the VAT amount will show 0 figure.

Kindly help with the following statement above.

I have created a lot of word template. will try and work with a new field and see if it will work if i exported the template again

I mean a brand new template, not exporting it

I have created the template several time by exporting the it..

Not clear it not populating the total tax amount.

strange, did you try to create a new word template? just in case the word template you are working on has some problems withe xml mapping

Total Tax is what i refer to as VAT

is it a custom field? because there isn't a standard field called VAT inside CRM.

Beside, you should mention the logicalname (or the schema name) of the field, and not the label.

do you see a value inside your form? can you post a screenshot of this field? can you post a screenshot of the word template (the xml mapping field area)?

I worked on business rule of VAT calculation on all the entity listed above. VAT field is not populating when i exported the document to word template.
