Creating Context Sensitive Reports with built in Report Writer in CRM 2011

We have developed a custom Campaign Response report in CRM 2011 using the inbuilt reporting tool (not visual studio, etc).  We would like to make this report context senstive so that it can be run from the reports menu against the select Campaign (we have the report in the Reports menu but it appears under the "Run for all Records" option rather than the "Run for Selected Record" option.  Searching around identifies ways of doing achieving this via custom SQL in Visual Studio, but can find no references in doing the equivalent from within the built in reporting tool.  Any help would be appreciated.
